HBO’s new series Peacemaker is not the first time we have seen Freddie Stroma, who plays Vigilante, on the big-screen. Although we are seeing more of the star in his breakthrough performance as Peacemaker’s combat partner, he has been in many other popular childhood movies.
Playing Vigilante, the self proclaimed best friend of Peacemaker, actor Freddie Stroma shows his incredible yet effortless acting. Although he joined Peacemaker late as a recast for sidekick, his natural and comical chemistry with John Cena tell fans otherwise. Some might think his nonchalant character is reminiscent of Deadpool, and perhaps the rising British actor may become our next Ryan Reynolds.

Along with his role in the DC Comics spinoff series of The Suicide Squad, Stroma has also been in a few big film franchises. One of which is Harry Potter, where he had his first major big screen moment. He played the Gryffindor Quidditch athlete Cormac McLaggen in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince where he was Ron Weasly’s self-absorbed rival competing over Hermoine.
Stroma’s past appearances keep on surprising fans like the success Netflix series Bridgerton where he played Prince Friedrich. In the royalty show, the prince of Prussia pursues the leading character, Daphne Bridgerton for an engagement but fails to win over her by Simone Basset.

Not only was he a prince in Bridgerton, but also in a classic fairytale spin-off movie A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song with Lucy Hale. He shows off his musical talents dueting with the Pretty Little Liars actress.
Although he only appeared for a few minutes in the hit acapella movie Pitch Perfect, he blessed us with a glimpse of his six-pack as a hot radio DJ and Anna Kendrick’s boss.
