Bachelor Biography
Adrianne “Jane” Averbukh joined “Bachelor Nation” in 2019 as a contestant on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor. A social worker from Los Angeles with a passion for puppies, Averbukh greeted Underwood on night one with a photoshopped image of her dog Bella with his dog Sniper.
Despite their shared love for dogs, she was sent home from the Bachelor Mansion the first night by Underwood.
Though she didn’t make it past the first week of the show, Averbukh was brought back on the franchise for Bachelor in Paradise season six. While she noted in her intro that viewers might not remember her from Underwood’s season, the self-proclaimed hot sauce aficionado made a spicy impression in Paradise.
Averbukh didn’t get into a serious relationship on the show, but she did get into a heated debate with Cam Ayala at the bar, who said they “would never work out” as he’s not a fan of spicy food. Averbukh was sent home in the first week of BIP.
In an interview with Access after the show, Averbukh said she wasn’t surprised she went home.
“I didn’t connect with any of the guys there, I was more hoping for others,” she said. “I was more shocked when it was Colton’s season and I left because me and him had a good convo.”
Where is she now?
Post-Bachelor, Averbukh continues to work as a social worker for seniors at an elderly day care facility in Los Angeles.
She’s now in a relationship with Jared Tibs according to her Instagram, where you can also keep up with her adventures in LA with friends.
