Netflix has officially announced that Beauty in Black Season 1 Part 2 will premiere on March 6, 2025. The series, created by Tyler Perry, continues its gripping drama as two women from vastly different worlds find their lives unexpectedly intertwined.
At its core, Beauty in Black is a story of struggle, perseverance, and unexpected connections. The series follows the journeys of two women leading drastically different lives. Kimmie (Taylor Polidore Williams) is a young woman trying to rebuild her life after being thrown out of her home by her mother. With nowhere to turn, she faces the harsh realities of life on her own, navigating difficult choices to survive. Mallory (Crystle Stewart) is a successful businesswoman at the top of her game, balancing her personal ambitions with the pressures of maintaining her empire. She appears to have it all, but beneath the surface, she wrestles with challenges that money and power can’t fix.
As fate brings Kimmie and Mallory together, their worlds collide in ways neither could have anticipated. The show delves into themes of family, ambition, betrayal, and redemption, painting a powerful portrait of two women fighting for control over their lives.
Netflix also released new first-look images from the upcoming episodes, featuring a star-studded ensemble including Amber Reign Smith, Xavier Smalls, Julian Horton, Steven G. Norfleet, Shannon Wallace, Joy Rovaris, Tamera “Tee” Kissen, Ursula O. Robinson, Charles Malik Whitfield, Ricco Ross, Richard Lawson, and Debbi Morgan.
