Released on August 8, 1994, and written by Noel Gallagher while working construction, “Live Forever” is a song that was written in a time where grunge music was rather popular. It is the third track featured on the album Definitely Maybe. Noel Gallagher kept Nirvana and Kurt Cobain himself in mind while writing the song, and is regarded as a more positive song, in contrast to a majority of other grunge music. The song was released only a few months after Kurt Cobain’s death. With just over 300,350,000 streams on Spotify, Live Forever – Remastered takes the number five spot.

4. Stop Crying Your Heart Out
“Stop Crying Your Heart Out” was written by Noel Gallagher and is the fourth featured song on the Heathen Chemistry album. Heathen Chemistry was the fifth studio album released in 2002 by Oasis, Liam Gallagher, and Noel Gallagher. The song resonated with people in several different ways, as it has a bittersweet sound to it and could be compared to individuals going through all sorts of walks of life. “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” has just under 400,000,000 streams on Spotify as of now, putting it in the number four spot.
