The Temptations are celebrating the anniversary of their album ‘Temptations Volume II’! This album put people in the lovey-dovey spirit, ready to dance the night away in their living room with a glass of scotch or cognac in hand!
The Temptations, who were apart of Motown Records, made some of the greatest hits of all time and were one of the hottest funk groups during the 60s and 70s. Their original name was The Elgins and it wasn’t until 1961 that the group expanded from just two members to becoming who we know them as today…The Temptations!
Even though the group rotated and added new members throughout the years, the hits still managed to play through stereos across the world. Some of the greatest hits from The Temptations are ‘I Wish it Would Rain’, ‘Just My Imagination’, ‘Please Return Your Love to Me’, ‘Ain’t Too Proud to Beg’, and many more!
Unfortunately, the former member of the hit soul musical group, Bruce Williamson, passed away from the coronavirus. His son confirmed his death on Facebook and thanked him for his love throughout his life.
