The very end of the episode included an interesting detail, the bat-signal. After the Penguin took control over many, and killed many more, from a penthouse view we see him dancing with Eve Karlo (Carmen Ejogo), and in the night sky, is the bat-signal. Could this mean he is coming for Oz? This was a great cherry on top to finish the series leaving fans wanting more, but remind them that The Batman Part II is well on its way.
