The Evolution of Sadie Sink’s Stardom!

Sadie Sink has done it all from Broadway to Stranger Things, and even starring in an A24 film! Here is a look at the star’s career so far. 

You know her as Max, but what about Ziggy? Annie? Maybe even Lori? Sadie Sink has already accomplished a very fruitful career by the young age of 20. With this summer’s release of Stranger Things season four, it seems like everyone is buzzing about the starlet. Wondering where her it-factor came from? Can you imagine having your Broadway debut in 5th grade? Neither can we, but Sadie sure can. The Texas-born actress appeared in the original cast of the Broadway revival in 2012. At the same time, Sadie also appeared in The Emmy-winning series The Americans as Lana. What an efficient way to become the coolest kid in 5th grade! Sadie remained loyal to New York through 2015 when she starred alongside Helen Mirren in The Audience on Broadway as young Elizabeth II.

In 2017, Sadie ventured into the film industry as Young Lori in the biographical film The Glass Castle. 15-year-old Sadie was in great company, with a cast complete with Naomi Watts, Woody Harrelson, Max Greenfield, and Sarah Snook.

That same year, Sadie joined the cultural phenomenon that is Stranger Things. The Netflix sensation undeniably catapulted Sadie into the limelight, and by the looks of it, she’s not shying away anytime soon. Sadie’s performance in season four earned her critical praise and countless viral internet moments.

In between Stranger Things seasons, Sadie played the main role of Christine ‘Ziggy’ Berman in The Fear Street Trilogy on Netflix. The role ended up earning her critical acclaim (are we surprised)?
