Taylor Swift’s NFL Presence Leading Up to the Super Bowl

After being invited by Travis Kelce to her first Kansas City Chiefs game in September, 2023, NFL fans and Swifties have come together in anticipation of Super Bowl XLVIII!

After months of hard work and determination, Taylor Swift is making her way to the Super Bowl! Well, she will be in attendance to witness her two-time Super Bowl champion boyfriend, Travis Kelce and his Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers in Sunday’s Super Bowl.

Although currently in Tokyo performing four nights of sold-out shows of her Eras Tour, Taylor should be jetting out Sunday to Las Vegas, in time for the big game!

Taylor has now been to 12 of Travis’s games this season, of which Kansas City won nine of the games she attended. Taylor had a lot of fun during the games and even invited some of her famous friends like Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds to the Metlife Stadium on Oct. 1 for the Chiefs-Jets game.

But what’s a fun football game without the company of your family? Well, Taylor made sure to invite her mom Andrea, dad Scott and brother Austin to Kansas City on Christmas Day. Talk about a great Christmas present from Taylor!

With so many games attended by the music superstar, TV viewership jumped to an astonishing 47% between the Sept. 17th Chiefs-Jaguars game and Taylor’s initial appearance at the Sept. 24th game. During the Chiefs’ Christmas Day game, Nickelodeon’s “Nickmas” coverage of the game accounted for 893,000 viewers alone, elevating the TV audience well above 29 million.

Hopefully we can expect to see Taylor return from Tokyo’s Eras Tour this Sunday for Super Bowl LVIII, as her boyfriend Travis aims for a third Super Bowl title!
