National Geographic is setting the table for an unforgettable culinary journey this spring with Tucci in Italy, a brand-new five-part series hosted by Academy Award nominee and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Stanley Tucci. Premiering May 18 at 8/7c, the series takes viewers on a visually breathtaking and deeply personal voyage through five unique Italian regions—Tuscany, Lombardy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Abruzzo, and Lazio. All episodes will be available to stream the following day on Disney+ and Hulu.
Produced by Stanley Tucci’s own SALT Productions and BBC Studios’ Specialist Factual Productions, Tucci in Italy is more than a simple travel series. It’s a narrative-driven celebration of food, culture, and identity, capturing the essence of Italy through the lens of its regional flavors and rich traditions.
