She wasn’t lying when she said “friends forever.” M3GAN 2 has been confirmed, and here’s what social media has to say about it!
From TikTok dances, to viral memes, to an astonishing 95% on Rotten Tomatoes, to over $100 million at the worldwide box office, it’s safe to say the world has M3GAN fever. This horror comedy about an AI doll with murderous tendencies opened on January 6th, but Universal and Blumhouse have already announced a sequel!
Blumhouse confirmed the news on their Twitter.

The sequel has been confirmed to be released on January 17th 2025. That’s almost two years away but once the news hit the internet reactions came flooding in from all over.
Fans of the first film seem overjoyed that their favorite doll who slays will be making a comeback.

The sequel to M3GAN will be called M3GAN 2.0. The film will see M3GAN terrorize a college university alongside Blumhouse icon, MA.
