Selling Sunset is filled with beautiful Los Angeles homes, celebrities, designer fashion looks, and of course a sprinkle of drama. Superfans of the show know that the cast doesn’t just sell homes, they serve looks too! No matter what, you can’t deny that Davina Potratz’s style this season is something to talk about.
Fans with a keen eye for luxury fashion designers have probably already peeped her designer looks during the entire season. She said three of her favorite looks this season were the ALC dress she wore to Chrishell Stause charity event, the Jovani dress she wore to Christine’s wedding, and the Dolce Gabbana dress she wore to visit Adnan, which is her client with the $75 million listing.
Not only does she bring style to the show, but she also brings on the challenges. Fans of the show know that she has had a $75 million dollar listing that she and Jason have clashed about. Even though he thinks it isn’t worth keeping and is overpriced, Potratz believes otherwise. She said even though it is at a high price, she knows it’s worth her time.
“Usually properties of this caliber are on the market for one to two years. Even Jason’s $44 million dollar listing, he sold for over 20 percent less and it was on the market for a year and he also had co-listing agents on the listing that were two agents from Million Dollar Listing, so they had maximum exposure on this property,” she said.
She also said the listing might be coming off the market quicker than fans and Jason Oppenheim may have thought.
“I’m working with Maya right now actually on a client that she has that is seriously interested in the house. So, we’re really hoping that it materializes into an offer for Adnan, it’s not going to be $75 million but, we’re hoping that it’s going to be a strong number,” she said optimistically.
For the season three finale, Potratz received some heat from fans because she questioned Stause about her divorce with Justin Hartley. Potratz said she explained to Strauss that she didn’t mean any ill intentions during their conversation at Christine Quinn’s wedding.
“I think it’s unfair to take any position as far as their divorce. Now, that doesn’t mean I support Justin and not support Chrishell, I want to be very clear,” she said.
