SAG Awards Sets 2026 Date and Will Stream Live On Netflix

The 32nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards is officially on the calendar. The beloved celebration of film and television excellence will stream live on Netflix.

The 32nd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will stream live on Netflix on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

The announcement, made on April 22, 2025, also included a full schedule of key dates for the 2025–2026 SAG Awards season. Submissions for nomination consideration will open on Monday, August 25, 2025, and close on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 5 p.m. PT. Eligible performances must premiere or air between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Submissions must be made online at sagawards.org/submissions.

Voting opens for nominations on Monday, December 15, 2025, and closes on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 5 p.m. PT. Final nominations will be revealed on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

After that, final voting kicks off on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, and wraps up on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 12 noon PT—just two days before the big night.

The SAG Awards, first held in 1995, is one of the industry’s most respected honors, celebrating outstanding performances in both television and motion pictures. With over 122,000 members voting through SAG-AFTRA, it boasts the largest voting body in the awards circuit.
