AFTERBUZZ TV – Revenge edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of ABC’s Revenge. In this episode, host Phil Svitek breaks down the episode, most of which was a flashback of 2006. Victoria’s mother (Marion) wants to have Thanksgiving with her, Conrad, Daniel and her possibly soon to be husband. The husband is insisting on meeting them. Marion is saying this is love and her last chance. During Thanksgiving dinner, Victoria tells her childhood story to her mother’s rich boyfriend. It seems Marion was always trying to be with rich men so she’d be taken care of. Marion had her daughter take the fall for a murder she committed. After serving a six month stay in a mental hospital, Victoria returned home just to be kicked out of the house at age 15 after her mother saw her then-boyfriend sneaking into Victoria’s room one night. We find out later than Marion’s boyfriend was an actor that was paid to make Marion think she was about to be set up for life just to have it all come crashing down on her. Now that Marion was crushed with no money or place to go Victoria kicked her out of the house and finally had her revenge. Emily met Aiden while on a mission for Takeda. Aiden hadn’t met Takeda yet but they were going after the same man. Aiden was going to kill him for kidnapping his sister. Emily convinces Takeda to take Aiden on as a student. In Daniels first year of Harvard he wanted to be a poet. He was very talented. Sadly, his parents didn’t want this for him so they sabotaged that path, steering him to Grayson Global. Nolan’s CFO in 2006 was Marco. They were also dating. Marco discovered that a bank account of Nolan’s was completely empty. Nolan explains the $500 million went to pay off the daughter of his investor ─ Emily. Marco was upset about this because of David Clark’s conviction. Nolan fired Marco. The current investors in Jacks bar are the sons of a guy that was trying to strong-arm Jack’s father (Carl) into paying “protection” money in 2006. He was doing this to all the business owners. Another business owner shot and killed the brothers’ dad with Carl’s gun. There to help Phil are co-hosts Katherine Tulich, Anna Koppel, and Gabrielle Loren. It’s Revenge’s “Lineage” podcast!
