Premieres For The Week Of March 7th, 2021

Sunday, March 7th

2021 Critics Choice Awards

The award ceremony that will honor the achievements in film and television for 2020 will be a virtual hybrid, meaning both in person and not. Like the SAG awards the presenters will be in person but the nominees will be virtually attending. Taye Diggs will be hosting the award show for the third year in a row. The awards will air from 7pm to 10pm ET on the CW.

GOATs: The Greatest of All Time

The new documentary will celebrate the greatest athletes that have ever taken part in their individual fields. It will take a look at these athletes through photos by renowned sports photographer Walter Iooss. The series will be 3 episodes long airing back to back from 8pm to 11pm ET on ESPN.

Good Girls

The 4th season of the women-led crime comedy premieres. The series follows 3 women have turned to a life of crime in order to solve their financial woes. This season the stakes are higher as the Secret Service is getting closer and closer to busting the women and their “business”. New episodes will air every Sunday at 10pm ET on NBC.

The Great Food Truck Race: Alaska

The 13th season of the culinary competition show premieres. This season takes place in Alaska, and all the harshness that comes along with its terrain. The season will start with 7 teams battling it out to see who has the best meals on wheels, their first challenge though is to get their keys to the kitchen, which is inside a 200 pound block of ice. The winner at the end will be awarded the $50,000 prize. The series is hosted by Tyler Florence and will be 6 episodes long with new episodes airing every Sunday at 10pm ET on Food Network.

Married to Medicine

The 8th season of the medical reality series premiers. The season sees the return of Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, and friends of the cast Lisa Nicole Cloud, Quad Webb and Kari Wells. There will also be new cast member Anila Sajja, wife of Dr. Sajja, mother and fashion blogger this season. New episodes will air every Sunday at 9pm ET on Bravo.

Naked and Afraid

The wilderness survival show returns for its 12th season. This season we see people who would rather take on the harshness of surviving the wilderness stripped of their clothes and possessions over being forced to be stuck at home due to the pandemic. New episodes will air every Sunday at 8pm to 10pm ET on Discovery.

Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special

In this special Oprah Winfrey sits down with the one and only Meghan Markle and Prince Harry as they tell all in the year that has passed since they officially left the royal family. The special will risk the couple risk loosing their royal titles as Duke and Duchess of Sussex for breaking their Megxit deal. Sources have told The Times of London that royal courtiers met last week to discuss stripping the couple’s titles and tearing up the “Sandringham summit” agreement made a year ago involving their break with the family. The special will air at 8pm ET on CBS.

Pennyworth

The second season of the Batman spinoff series premieres. The series focuses on the back story of Batman’s butler Alfred and how he came to be the right hand man for the dark knight. The season will be 10 episodes long with new episodes airing every Sunday at 9pm ET on Epix.

Tournament of Champions

The culinary competition series returns for its 2nd season. 16 of the best chefs from coast to coast will battle it out in sudden-death cooking battles. Their dishes will be judged by a panel of experts and ultimately make the decision to send someone home. The series is hosted by Guy Fieri and features his son Hunter Fieri. New episodes will air every Sunday from 8pm ET on Food Network.

Vice

The award-winning news show returns for its 8th season. The new season will be split into two halves and will be hosted by Shane Smith. New episodes will air every Sunday at 8pm ET on Showtime.

Monday, March 8th

Ride With Norman Reedus

The 5th season of the road journey show premieres. Norman Reedus will travel on his motorcycle both domestically and abroad on a 3 day road trip where he will experience different cultures and experiences. The season will be 6 episodes long with new episodes will air every Monday at 12:01am ET on AMC.

Rock The Block

The 2nd season of the competition series premieres. The series is hosted by Ty Pennington who will serve as referee also while experts battle to heighten the the value of identical suburban properties. They will have $225,000 and 6 weeks to accomplish their goal. The winner will get a street named in their honor. This season will feature Mike Holmes (Holmes On Homes) paired with Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab); designing dads Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent (Nate and Jeremiah: Save My House); David Bromstad (My Lottery Dream Home) and Tiffany Brooks ($50K Three Ways), and Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt (100 Day Dream Home.) The season will be 6 episodes long with airing every Monday at 9pm ET on HGTV as well as every Monday on Discovery+.

Web of Lies

The 7th season of the tell-all show premieres. The series uncovers tragic stories of deception and manipulation through the internet. It serves as a warning to be careful who you interact with online. The entire season will be available on Monday March 8th at 3:01am ET on Discovery+.

Tuesday, March 9th

Delilah

The new series follows Delilah, a mother who gave up her career at a law firm to focus full time on raising her kids. She is now taking on cases the big firms can’t be bothered with and has to go up against her best friend who still works for the wealthy and powerful. The series will be 8 episodes long with new episodes airing every Tuesday at 9pm ET on OWN.

Moonshiners: Smoke Ring

In the new series Stephen Ray Tickle and Tank Jackson go to the deep south in search of the best and potentially unknown pit masters. Once found the pit masters will compete to who truly is the master of barbecue. The entire season will be available on Tuesday March 9th at 3:01am ET on Discovery+.

Wednesday, March 10th

Game of Talents

The new scripted variety show premieres. The show, which is hosted by Wayne Brady, will pit two competition teams against each other as they try to figure out the hidden talent of the mystery performer and win the grand prize. New episodes will air every Wednesday at 9pm ET on FOX.

Last Chance U: Basketball

The spinoff of the hit series will feature a basketball coach as he tries to lead his team to the potential they all have. With college on the line, the pressure is on. The entire season will be available on Wednesday March 10th at 3:01am ET on Netflix.

Marriage or Mortgage

The new series gives couples the ultimate choice between a fairytale wedding or their dream house. A wedding planner and a real estate agent will compete to sway the couples in their direction. The entire first season will be available on Wednesday March 10th at 3:01am ET on Netflix.

The Masked Singer

The hit hidden singing competition show returns for its 5th season. A new slew of celebrities will suit up and sing their hearts outs while the judges try and guess who they are. New episodes will air every Wednesday at 8pm ET on FOX.

South Park: The Vaccination Special

The second part of the South Park covid special airs. In this 2nd part the citizens of the town are vying to get their shots. It will also take on QAnon having some of the citizens, including Butters, being sucked into the conspiracy. The special will air Wednesday March 10th at 8pm ET on Comedy Central.

Thursday, March 11th

Battlebots; Bounty Hunter

The 2nd season of the robot battle show airs. The show brings robots from all over the globe to battle it out. The show will feature how each robot is built as well as the creative genius behind it. The entire season will be available on Thursday March 11th at 3:01am ET on Discovery+.

Cake

The 4th season of the bite-size series premieres. The show combines live action and animation that gives thought-provoking, comedic, artistic, and authentic content. The season will be 9 episodes long with new episodes airing every Thursday at 10pm ET on FXX.

Cold Courage

The new series follows two women during a murder spree in London. The two are drawn together by their mutual want of stopping the powerful and specifically the rise of a dangerous politician. The first 3 episodes will be available on Thursday with new episodes airing every Thursday at 3:01am ET on AMC Plus.

Dinner: Impossible

Robert Irvine returns for the 9th season the hit spinoff show. Each mission will see Robert and his team of sous chefs as they overcome obstacles to make fantastic dinners for hungry patrons before time runs out. The show will be 4 episodes long with new episodes airing every Thursday at 10pm ET on Food Network.

Generation

The new series will follow a group of diverse high school students as they explore modern sexuality. However, their exploration goes against everything their family and the conservative community believes. The 16 episode season will be split into two halves with 2 episodes will air every Thursday at 3:01am ET on HBO Max.

Friday, March 12th

Assembled: The Making of WandaVision

WandaVision may be over for now, but that doesn’t mean content surrounding it is. The new series goes behind the scenes of the hit Marvel show. New episodes will air every Friday at 3:01am ET on Disney+.

Making Their Mark

The new series follows 6 Australian football teams as they navigate the most challenging year they’ve ever had. The show will follow players, coaches, and executives. The entire first season will air Friday March 12th at 12:01am ET on Amazon Prime.

The One

The new series follows a DNA researcher as they try and help perfect a matchmaking service. However, things get out of hand when that also turns into creating the perfect partner. The season will be 8 episodes long with the entire season available on Friday March 12th at 3:01am ET on Netflix.

Saturday, March 13th

Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2021

The 34th annual Kids’ Choice Awards airs with Kenan Thompson will host the award show for the 2nd year in a row. The ceremony will be held virtually due to the ongoing pandemic. The show will air at 4:30pm ET on Nickelodeon.
