Peacock has officially unveiled a first look at Poker Face Season 2, the Emmy-winning mystery series from Rian Johnson, starring Natasha Lyonne.
Set to premiere in Spring 2025, the new season of Poker Face promises an exciting lineup of fresh cases, eccentric characters, and an impressive roster of guest stars, including Cynthia Erivo, John Mulaney, Katie Holmes, Awkwafina, Giancarlo Esposito, and many more.
Charlie Cale (Natasha Lyonne) is back on the run, and this season takes her crime-solving road trip to wild new locations—from minor league baseball stadiums to big box retail stores, funeral homes, alligator farms, and even a grade school talent show. With her signature deadpan wit and uncanny ability to detect lies, Charlie will once again find herself entangled in strange and unexpected mysteries at every stop.
Rian Johnson and Natasha Lyonne have drawn inspiration from classic ‘70s American cinema, with nods to filmmakers like Robert Altman and Peter Bogdanovich. At the same time, Poker Face stays true to its episodic mystery roots, reminiscent of iconic detective shows like Columbo and The Rockford Files. Each of the 12 new episodes is designed as a standalone “mini movie,” featuring a unique setting, distinct tone, and a vibrant cast of characters played by an all-star lineup.
Fans eager for an exclusive sneak peek can catch Poker Face at PaleyFest LA on March 29, where Rian Johnson, Natasha Lyonne, and new guest stars will preview what’s in store for Season 2.
Buckle up—twelve killer new episodes are on the way. Poker Face returns Spring 2025, only on Peacock.
