Keeping Up With The Kardashians is coming to end after nearly 15 years on the air. The E! Network reality series returns for season 19 on Thursday, Sept. 17th, but the final season doesn’t air until 2021.
The Kardashian-Jenner family decided to conclude the iconic television show with season 20 and after a number of spinoff series: Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, Khloé and Lamar, and others. News of the KUWTK cancellation came as a surprise to many fans when Kim Kardashian West posted about it on her Instagram.

In honor of the TV family, we’re taking a trip down memory lane and sharing our top ten favorite moments from KUWTK! In no particular order, here are the sweetest and funniest moments AfterBuzz TV will never forget.
Starting the list off is the display of “sisterly affection” between Khloe and Kim Kardashian after she bought a Bentley during season two. Both Khloe and Kourtney made some shady comments at Kim, so the middle sister retaliated. After leaving the room her sisters were eating in, Kim heard their comments and quickly stormed back through the door. Lucky for viewers, Kim delivered her iconic “don’t be f—ing rude,” line as she swung her purse at Khloe. To this day, the infamous comment is a major pop culture reference that many love to quote on TikTok!
Siblings often drive one another crazy, and the Kardashian-Jenner family is no exception. Kylie and Kendall Jenner made their debut appearances on KUWTK as the cutest kids on the reality show. The dynamic duo had plenty of hysterical scenes together, but one in particular was when Kylie pretended to be Kim. Kendall watched the performance with a smile on her face and even Kim found the act amusing!
Of course, there are many memorable episodes from the series, but sometimes the oldies are the besties. In season three, mama Kris calls out Kim for taking selfies while they drive Khloe to jail for violating her probation. Maybe Kim should have focused more on comforting her younger sister, but sometimes you just have to take advantage of good lighting.
At the end of season four, the Kardashian-Jenner family welcomes the first grandchild, Mason Dash Disick! Kourtney gives birth to her and Scott Disick’s first son after the two had recently reconciled at her baby shower. Kourtney wasn’t afraid to give fans a real inside look when she went through labor amazingly on national television. Now the co-parents have three children together.
Season six could arguably be KUWTK’s best era simply because Kourtney gave us a line that would generate endless Twitter memes and TikTok voiceovers. When the family goes on a getaway trip to Bora Bora, Kim loses her diamond earring in the ocean. As Kim’s eyes begin to swell up with tears, Kourtney responds with “Kim, there’s people that are dying.” Talk about sisterly support! Luckily for Kim, Kylie actually finds the diamond earring.
Kanye West made the romantic gesture most women dream about when he proposed to Kim in 2013 inside an empty San Francisco baseball stadium. The proposal was straight out of a fairytale story—even though it was more of just a “dope” idea Kanye wanted to execute. From the orchestra performing Lana Del Rey’s melodic “Young and Beautiful” live, to the various engagement ring redesigns, nearly the whole event went perfectly.
Then there was the time Kylie Jenner confused the baby pig her mom was holding with a chicken. The then 19-year-old had excitedly asked mama Kris, “is that a chicken?” She eventually explained on Snapchat how she loves chickens and when her mom asked her what she wanted for a housewarming gift, Kylie said a chicken… not a pig.
Everyone has inside jokes or references that their parents just don’t understand. The same could be said about Kris Jenner and her kids. During a 2017 episode of the reality show, Kris compliments Kendall’s leathery pants by letting her know “those are cute jeans.” Kendall had a funny response that left us and her mom confused too.
One of the sweetest moments of the series was when Khloe’s pregnancy test came back positive. In previous episodes, the 32-year-old was very honest about her fertility troubles. Fans could easily see Khloe was overwhelmed with joy when she realized she and partner Tristan Thompson were expecting their first child together.
Kris pulls the prank of all pranks when she made it seem like Kim and Kanye’s security team tackled and seriously injured her. In an episode of the reality show, Kris revealed how she and Khloe teamed up to fool Kim into believing the security officers at the house mistook Kris for an intruder. Kris explained the whole stunt was to emphasize how difficult it had become for her and other members of the famous family to get into the West’s home. Apparently, employees on the security team sometimes wouldn’t recognize them. Kim fell for the set up until she watched the security tape back on her phone and saw Kris’s body double.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired the first episode of the series in 2007 and ever since, has become a huge pop culture reference, the source of many memes and quotable lines, and offered insight on the crazy, yet exciting life the Kardashian-Jenner family lives.
