This is where Noodle decides if it will be a Bones Day by standing or a No Bone Day where his tiny legs turn to noodles and he sinks back into his doggy bed. Bones Days are supposed to be days where you are motivated to get out and do good. On a recent Bones Day, Graziano said, “We must make something of our day so make sure to treat yourself today”. On a No Bones Day, this is a day where Noodle has decided you will treat yourself with care and maybe take some extra time to relax. Garziano said on a No Bones Day, “Take it easy, chill out, and have a great day.”

Kendall Jenner wanted to soothe herself and also support her fans by taking a breath and relaxing. During this Instagram post, Jenner sat by a cozy fire and used crystals to create a sound bath. This sweet gesture is exactly what a No Bones Day should be about!
