Meet the Cast of Married at First Sight Season 18

Is there love at first sight? We’re going to find out since Season 18 of Married at First Sight is heading back to Chicago to match a group of singles hoping to find their forever partners; let’s get to know them!

Married at First Sight is a Lifetime reality dating show where participants agree to marry a complete stranger matched to them by a panel of matchmaking experts. Married at First Sight follows the couples for 8 weeks from when they meet at the altar to having to make the choice on Decision Day if they will stay together. The three professional matchmakers behind the process are Dr. Pepper Schwartz, a renowned sociologist and relationship expert; Pastor Cal Roberson, a relationship coach and pastor; and Dr. Pia Holoc, a psychologist specializing in sex therapy. Let’s see what matches they’ve come up with for these Chicago singles!

Emem Obot and Ikechi Ojoré

Emem Obot is a 34-year-old nurse practitioner in Chicago. Emem Obot is not interested in dating around anymore and is looking for a life partner to start the next chapter of her life with! At 41-years-old, Ikechi Ojoré is ready to find his life partner. He previously interviewed with the matchmakers for Season 13 of Married at First Sight in Houston in 2020, but now his career has led him to Chicago and possibly a lifelong partner! Michelle Tomblin and David

Michelle Tomblin is a 38-year-old executive assistant who is ready for a lifelong commitment. Michelle Tomblin has been single for the last six years, so she is eager to find her soulmate! David has been chosen by the matchmakers as Michelle Tomblin’s husband! is a 35-year-old social worker and foreman. David has been inspired by his parent’s marriage, and wants to find a lifelong partner on Lifetime’s Married at First Sight! David does not appear to have a social media presence that fans can find. 

Madison Myers and Allen Slovick

Madison Myers is a Colorado-native living in Chicago working as a software consultant. The 29-year old has been single for 2 and a half years, and is ready to find her husband on reality TV! Allen Slovick is a 35-year-old financial systems manager looking for love! Allen Slovick feels he will adjust well to the social experiment because in relationships he is genuine and committed. He is looking to walk away from Married at First Sight with the love of his life! His Instagram is @allen_slovick! 

Camille Parsons and Thomas

Camille Parsons is the director of operations at CurlMix, a Chicago Black-owned beauty start-up company. At 32-years-old, Camille Parsons is ready to plan out her future with a partner. Camille Parsons was already a fan of Married at First Sight, so she is excited to trust the matchmakers and find her future husband!

Thomas is a 42-year-old banker in the Windy City. Thomas feels he is finally ready for marriage, and is excited to experience the Married at First Sight experiment. His last relationship of 9 years ended because Thomas couldn’t commit. Thomas tells Lifetime he has realized since then that he tends to be an overthinker, and is excited for the Married at First Sight  “opportunity to leap into marriage before overthinking the decision.” Both Thomas and Camille Parsons do not seem to have a social media presence. 

Karla J and Juan Franco

Karla J is a professional hairstylist living in Chicago and looking for longterm love! At 33 years old Karla J has put in the work to heal herself from unhealthy patterns in her relationships and feels she is ready for marriage. She is ready to start building a family with a partner! Juan Franco is a 36-year-old sales executive selected to be Karla J’s potential husband. He also mentions on his Instagram that he is a founder of the app Flight Mate! Juan Franco feels women won’t consider him for a serious relationship because he is too good looking, so he is excited for the blind aspect of Married at First Sight.
