Nancy figures out what happened to Lucy the night she died and it’s a huge twist! Lucy committed suicide and took her own life. Nancy gets a hold of Lucy’s journal and puts the pieces together. Running against the clock Nancy has to get to Carson’s trial to prove her dad’s innocence. In court she reveals that Mr. Hudson (Ryan’s dad) manipulated Lucy because she refused to not break up with Ryan. Mr. Hudson caused Lucy’s mom to lose her job and spread rumors that Lucy was sleeping around. Lucy finally broke and decided to take her own life.f. Also, it was revealed that Lucy was pregnant and had the baby before she committed suicide. The baby is Nancy and she is the daughter of Lucy.

Much to Nancy’s dismay Owen is really dead. Even more disturbing is they find out that he didn’t die as a result of being The Blood Sacrifice for The Algaeca. She has to break the news to him of her moms secret pregnancy and ultimately their relation. Meanwhile George is realizing her relationship with Ryan was toxic and he took advantage of her. We see her confront him, heal her past and move forward in a healthy relationship with Nick.
