Kim Kardashian Hosts Saturday Night Live
Kim Kardashian hosting Saturday Night Live was just what everyone needed, and seeing how everything unfolded leading up to the event made it all the more interesting. From Amy Schumer helping with the infamous monologue to Kanye rolling the sex tape in a suitcase to preparing for 20+ hours straight, and finally to hair, makeup and wardrobe, there was a lot to unpack. The best part of her SNL escapade was developing a love interest in Pete Davidson, even though he didn’t show up at her after-party. That is something nobody saw coming, even Kim herself. “I wasn’t even thinking ‘oh my god, I’m going to be in a relationship.’ I was just thinking about this BDE…I was just basically DTF.” Honestly, we still cannot get enough of them and their drama-free relationship, full of Dibs.
Kravis Proposal
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker were dating for quite some time before he got down on one knee. Their proposal on the beach in Montecito, California, shook the world. It was the ultimate fairytale that Kourtney always wanted – the ambiance in the sunset, the candles, the roses shaped in a heart and Barker absolutely speechless; what could be better? The whole Kardashian-Jenner (and Barker) Clan made a surprising appearance, making it all the more special. Not only was the proposal a tear-jerker, but Barker going to Robert Kardashian Sr.’s grave to ask for Kourt’s hand in marriage was a gesture that pulled at the heartstrings. Whether you think this duo is cute af or cringe af, that’s up for you to decide! But, who knows, maybe everyone will now be hopping on the PDA train.
Khloe’s New House
In this season, everyone got a glimpse of Khloe Kardashian’s new home situated right next to momager, Kris Jenner. Her mansion was built from scratch, crafted with her expertise. Everyone was blown away by the interior design, raised beds and her perfectly stacked massive pantry. The pantry is the talk of the town, especially her cookie jars. From the colored china to labels galore, you cannot help but be mesmerized. The residence is home to KoKo and her daughter True. Tristan Thompson was reportedly supposed to move in, however, was entangled in another cheating scandal. “All these thots on Christian Mingle…” Finally, Tristan got single. Jokes aside, we’re all here for Khloe, never failing to be one of the strongest Kardashians! Anyway, who needs a man when you have a stellar home, gorgeous daughter and successful business?
Kendall’s Cucumber-Gate
“You’re doing great sweetie!”
With the whirlwind of events happening in the Kardashian-Jenners’ lives, there has to be some aspect of comedy in the reality show. Kendall cutting a cucumber does not fall short. Her go-to snack choice was definitely appetizing, but the execution might have been slightly off! Her hand placement on both the cucumber and the knife had Kris Jenner calling out to their chef for some assistance. Imagine having a chef?!? Nevertheless, this hilarious scene took the internet by storm. Sister Kylie Jenner even posted a TikTok with the caption: “Me and cucumber girl.” Whatever may have happened, we are here for the health enthusiast!
Kim Passes the Bar
After studying hard (even on her birthday) and ample preparation, Kim finally passed the California Baby Bar. Her father is definitely looking down, so proud of his daughter! Kim’s goal is to help people who are wrongfully accused and put into the prison system. In an emotionally raw phone call with Brandon Bernard, Kim is undeniably upset and crying. The compassion exerted at this moment is sure to bring a tear to everyone’s eye. While unable to help save the life of Bernard, that does not discourage Kim. She takes action to help more people in similar situations. The reality star mobilizes her friends to help send a message granting Julius Jones clemency. All her hard work starts paying off as they are able to help Jones, who finally gets to reunite with his family. Seeing this side of Kim reminds us all to help those in need!
Kris and Kylie’s Trip to the Store
Something most people take for granted this duo is living for! We could not leave out these two and their surreal trip to the grocery store and gas station. For many, these tasks are quite annoying and minuscule. But, for Kris and Kylie Jenner, it seems to be better than Disneyland! The soon-to-be mom of two is excited to be able to pick out her own snacks. Who would’ve thought? It was amusing to watch their spin on something so normal, and turn it into a fun day! Maybe we should take a page out of their book? If the Kardashian get excited about something, mainstream audiences will too! Privacy is a huge obstacle for the star-studded family, but the mother-daughter duo want to do more things like this together.
