Jeffrey Dean Morgan & Jack Quaid Star in Neighborhood Watch

RLJE Films has acquired the crime thriller Neighborhood Watch, starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jack Quaid, and Malin Akerman. Directed by Duncan Skiles, the film is set for a theatrical and on-demand release on April 25, 2025.

Formerly titled Nowhere Men, Neighborhood Watch follows Simon (Jack Quaid), a young man battling mental illness, who believes he has witnessed an abduction. When the police dismiss his claims, he turns to his neighbor Ed (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a retired security guard with a troubled past. As the two investigate, they uncover disturbing secrets that force them to confront their own demons.

Director Duncan Skiles praised the film’s leads, saying, “I fell in love with Neighborhood Watch because of Ed and Simon’s unique relationship, which Jeff and Jack brought to life with care and commitment.”

Mark Ward, RLJE Films’ Chief Acquisitions Officer, described the film as “a suspenseful and surprising mystery” with a “smart character-driven thriller” at its core.

Written by Sean Farley, Neighborhood Watch is produced by Luke Daniels, Greg Lauritano, Vince Jolivette, Chris Bellant, Kurt Fethke, and Jake Robinson.
