With as many seasons and contestants as Love Island has had, there are a few people that will always stick out in our minds. Here’s what some of your favorite contestants are up to now!
What’s summer without binging Love Island? The UK’s Season 8 premiere has us feeling sentimental. If you’ve been wondering what past islanders have been up to this year, look no further!
Maura Higgins (Season 5)
We all know and love her, season 5’s Maura Higgins is Love Island royalty. Maura has remained in the spotlight since she first graced our TV screens in 2019. She appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2020, landed a clothing edit with boohoo, and modeled her own campaign for Ann Summers. Currently, Maura hosts Glow Up Ireland, a competition show for makeup artists. Of course, she also stays blessing our Instgram feeds.

Kem Cetinay (Season 3)
Ah, Kem with the good hair. Kem is half of the iconic Love Island friendship duo with Chris Hughes. The season 3 contestant was a fan-favorite from day one, and we haven’t forgotten about him since. Today, Kem enjoys his life as a restaurant owner after launching his own eatery in Essex. The multi-talented reality star also released his own grooming collection, available in major retailers like Primark. If you want to get your Love Island AND Kem fix all at once, you can listen to Love Island The Morning After, a podcast where Kem partners with Arielle Free to debrief new episodes.

Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague (Season 5)
There’s no way to discuss Love Island icons without mention of Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague. The two are each prosperous in their own right. Molly Mae serves as Creative Director for Pretty Little Thing and Tommy has a successful career as a professional boxer. (Side note: who else can’t wait for Tommy to fight Jake Paul next month?) The couple began their journey in season 5 and has been smitten ever since, leaving fans awaiting a ring…or a baby, whichever!

Olivia Attwood (Season 3)
Olivia Attwood- or the “fuckboy whisperer” was entertaining enough for the whole cast on Season 3 of Love Island. Since her season’s completion, Olivia presents a series with ITV titled Getting Filthy Rich, which explores the online selling of sexual content on OnlyFans. She is happily engaed to footballer Bradley Dack and is excitedly awaiting her wedding.

Ovie Soko (season 5)
Message! Ovie Soko is still the coolest lad ever. The former basketball player and Love Island finalist has made helping others his mission. His book You Are Dope encouraged us all to have courage and self-belief. Last Fall, Ovie launched his Amazon Music podcast ‘Ask Ovie’. The twice weekly podcast invites listeners to submit their voice notes detailing their problem as Ovie offers his wisdom, leaving us to think, #WWOD (what would Ovie do?).
