Only Murders in the Building Season 3 Premiere Reactions

The newest season of Only Murders in the Building just dropped and fans are hyped up about it! Here is what people are saying after the first 2 episodes.

Excitement For the New Season

It’s been almost a year since the season finale of Only Murders in the Building Season 2 aired and fans are beyond ready to jump back into the world of the Arconia. There is something so charming and aspirational about the friendship between Mabel, Charles, and Oliver – we can’t get enough. How cute was it that Mabel felt left out and wanted desperately to get her best friends back? We can’t wait for more!

General Consensus

Response to the first two episodes of Season 3 has been overwhelmingly positive. Season 1 had a similar reaction but Season 2 had a little bit of a mixed response. The show took some risks when it killed Bunny Folger, but overall, the show remains as much a fan-favorite as ever. What new surprises are we in for this year?

Survey Says: Meryl Streep is a star!

Listen, we all know that Meryl Streep is the GOAT, but there is something so captivating about the opening monologue that she gives as Loretta Durkin, an aspiring actress. In that moment just after she’s finished and Oliver gives her due praise, we can’t help but believe that she is a luckless woman who never heard a kind word in the theater business. Is it just us, or do you also hope that she’s the murderer so we can see the whole range of Streep’s talents this season?

Paul Rudd Forever

How is it that Paul Rudd has been the internet’s sweetheart for so long? Also, he’s 54? We need to know what his skincare regime is, immediately! Rudd’s Ben Gilroy is such a good jerk. He rides the line between punchable and hilarious very well. Also, Gilroy’s villain origin story revealed in episode two is genius. Bravo to the guest stars this year. We’re already off to the races!

Are you as excited about the new season as we are? Do you have any theories yet? Where did Ben get that handkerchief?! Tweet us your ideas at @AfterBuzzTV!
