90 Day Fiancè: Happily Ever After couple Ashley Martson and Jay Smith are pointing the finger at each other once again!
After Ashley announced in late November that she and Jay are officially divorced, we thought the couples perpetual drama was finally over. But Wednesday night when asked about the divorce by a fan, Jay stirred the pot again.
Heads up! We are not [divorced]. That was a lie. I just found out a couple of days ago, the native Jamaican wrote on Instagram Stories.
AfterBuzz TV reached out to Ashley, who was happy to clarify. Yeah, he is correct, she told AfterBuzz TV exclusively. Im not a liar. He finally signed the papers but after submitting them it was dated wrong.
Apparently a simple signature will get them back on the road to Splitsville, but Ashley added that she had a hard time getting him to sign before, and thinks Jay will drag his feet again.
I guess he needed some attention today, she concluded.
