Teased this February on the official Instagram for the series, The White Lotus Season 3 is set to take place in Thailand! Keeping in line with seasons 1 and 2 being shot at the Four Seasons Hotels in Maui, San Domenico and Taormina, the upcoming season will be shot at The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui and the Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas in Thailand!

With season 1 of the series centered around money and the second around sex, the third season of the show will focus on the subject of death, according to actress Carrie Coon during an interview with Vanity Fair, who’s currently shooting The White Lotus in Thailand.

While much of season 3 remains shrouded in secrecy, fans were informed by Deadline last November about the story focusing on a multigenerational group of travelers, including a patriarch, a female corporate executive, an actress and two mother characters!

Cast & Crew

The cast for The White Lotus Season 3 was announced in January 2024, with Variety reporting that six new actors would be joining the cast! Besides the confirmed Carrie Coon, Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Parker Posey, and Tayme Thapthimthong will be the newest guests in paradise, though their roles are still unknown to fans!

Release Date

With season 2 coming to a dramatic conclusion in 2022, fans have been patiently waiting for the arrival of season 3 and the chaos that comes with it! The third season of The White Lotus sadly won’t be released until 2025, as a result of the recent Hollywood labor disputes.
