AFTERBUZZ TV – Dexter edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of Showtime’s Dexter. In this episode host Steve Bottomley breaks down the episode in which Dexter attempts to stay ahead of Miami Metro Homicide on his hunt for the Doomsday Killers, and finds help from an unexpected source when Travis agrees to help him find Gellar. Dexter attempts to stop Gellar from killing a radical atheist professor, but fails when he gets trapped in an elevator. Meanwhile, Debra visits her therapist once more and learns something new about herself. Batista helps Quinn recover his gun that he left in the car of a one-night stand and they get into a fistfight over Quinn’s drunkeness and irresponsbility stemming from Debra rejecting him. Dexter later discovers the frozen corpse of Professor Gellar in a freezer in the abandoned church basement and realizes Travis was the sole killer all along; the Professor Gellar that Travis interacted with is actually his dark passenger (much like when Dexter interacts with his dead father Harry).
