The premiere of season 33 of Dancing with the Stars garnered much attention. Coming off of actress Xochitl Gomez’s win, fans tuned in to see who of the cast has got the moves to win the coveted Mirroball trophy. And while no one is expecting perfection in the first week, it seems that the fans have already chosen a clear front-runner.

Chandler Kinney is an American actress known for her role as Willa in Disney’s Zombies franchise. She also starred in HBO Max’s Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin  Last Night she wowed the judges with a tango to Chappell Roan’s Hot To Go,” with her partner Brandon Armstrong, and received the highest score of the night. However, she’s not the only one to have wowed fans with their dancing abilities.

The fans have spoken, and they already have their top 4 after just one week. Chandler Kinney is joined in the front runners’ circle by Olympic medalist Stephen Nedoroscik, the season 28 Bachelor Joey Graziadei, and NBA player Dwight Howard. These four were the highest scores of the night, and are expected to continue their streaks during week 2. However, there is another fan favorite this season that fans are enjoying not only for her dancing but for her friendship with her dance partner. Alan Bersten and Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher captured the hearts of many with their partnership. The duo scored just under 20 last night, but that did not stop them from celebrating. Alan Bersten even took to X to relay how happy he is with her as his partner.

Finally, in case you’re wondering what to expect for week 2, aside from more fabulous dancing, it seems a possible double elimination has fans in shock.

If you want to see who will be in the double elimination and who’s bringing home the Mirrorball trophy, tune in to Dancing with the Stars weekly on Tuesdays at 8 pm EST on ABC!
