Morning show The Talk is looking for who could replace Eve. Could it be Amanda Kloots?
The Talk is looking to see who could replace Eve. The 42-year-old rapper and singer is saying goodbye to her talk show family after 4 seasons, as she announced that she will be leaving the show at the end of the year.
With the pandemic and living part time in London has made her realize that she wants to spend more time with her husband and try to expand her family. Last year she opened up about their infertility struggles and the shame she felt over it.
The big question now is who could possibly fill her shoes and have great chemistry with the other four ladies who are a part of the show?
The Talk has been trying out some new co-hosts to see who could be the fifth host when the show returns next season. One of which is Amanda Kloots, a fitness instructor and co-founder of an apparel company HOORAY. Kloots recently lost her husband, Broadway actor Nick Cordero, to the coronavirus in July after a 4 month battle with the deadly virus.
She won the hearts and prayers of thousands of people all over the world who would join her on Instagram live everyday at 3pm PTS to sing her husband’s song “Live Your Life.” Her positivity and hope throughout this entire experience has left an imprint on everyone who follows and knows her.
Kloots remains honest and real about going through a loss like this with a one-year-old son. She continues to host weekly virtual, workout classes, create new designs and products that help give back to others and sometimes even co-host The Talk. She has been on the show as a number of times over the last few weeks.
Carrie Ann Inaba, one of the current co-hosts, told Entertainment Tonight what the person who will replace Eve should bring to the show. “I just want somebody that’s current, of the moment, educated, compassionate, that knows how to be a team player because when you’re on a talk show like that and you go to work every day, the chemistry is important.”
All of these are qualities that are seen in Kloots. Elaine Welteroth has been on the show as a co-host a couple of times as well.
