The Other Way‘s, Corey Rathgeber is now back in Ecuador with Evelin Villegas and has spent most of his time at home in Washington since their season wrapped.
On November 5th, police pulled Corey over on Lewis and Clark Highway and reportedly noticed his red watery eyes.
Corey initially refused a breath test to determine his blood alcohol level, but failed other sobriety tests. He was arrested at the scene.
Coreys blood alcohol content was later confirmed to be 0.13, while is well above the legal limit of 0.08. He reportedly told police he only had two beers, hours before.
As first reported by Starcasm, Corey was charged with driving under the influence.
He now has two upcoming court dates, in February and June. Its unclear whether hes required to appear on those dates, but he did tell officers he was going to be out of the country for up to a year.
According to SoapDirt the reality star listed TLC network as his employer and expressed concern about how the arrest would affect his plans.
