As we wait for the officially confirmed season 4 of Manifest we’re looking at the top 5 reasons why Jared Vasquez and Michaela Stone need to be together!

With Manifest coming back with a fourth and final season thanks to Netflix, why not explore the top 5 reasons Jared Vasquez and Michaela Stone belong together. If you’re anything like me, you have been rooting for them since the very beginning.
Reason 1:
As we #Manifesters know the two were deeply in love before the disappearance of #Flight828 and Michaela was contemplating if she wanted to accept Jared’s marriage offer, but it was obvious she did. Before learning that she has been missing for 5 years, Michaela was ready to take the next step and be Jared’s finance. But, because #Flight828 went missing, she was 5 years too late.
When Michaela returned to work after the miracle, she and Jared’s eyes locked and anyone watching knows that they look like two people who are still in love. Many may call it love at first sight, but I’ll call this a love that never faded.
Reason 2:
One thing I don’t think I could ever do is risk my career for anyone, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t people out there who wouldn’t! Jared for example was by Michaela’s side through thick and thin. Even when he did not know about her “callings” he did everything he could to ensure that she was okay. He put his job on the line more than once to support her and the voices that she was following. A true ride or die!
Reason 3:
We find out in the very first episode that Jared married Michaela’s best friend, Lourdes, in the 5-year time span but that doesn’t stop the two from sharing a very intimate moment. Jared goes to Mic’s apartment and expresses his love for her.
“You’re not a wrecking ball,” he says “you’re my soulmate.”
If she didn’t feel the same way about him I’m sure she would have never slept with him. Some may say that the two got caught up in the moment, but I’ll argue that it was destined to happen.
Reason 4:
Not only did Jared put his career on the line, but he also put his life on the line for Michaela. In season two, Jared was eager to help Michaela and her brother Ben save other #828 passengers who were in danger. He ended up in the hospital in a coma. Michaela stayed by his side, asked the voices in her head to save him while crying hysterically.
“ I can’t lose him, please” she cried out repeatedly.
When he woke up, he gave her a huge smile while grabbing her hand. She offered to get his wife Lourdes, but he pleaded that he didn’t want that, he wanted her.
Reason 5:
You would think after 5 years without someone, you would be close to being completely over them and wouldn’t mind if they got with someone else. Not Jared! Or Michaela! The last reason that these two belong together is that they both undeniably cannot see the other with someone else. Although they are forced to because they are both in separate relationships, it still hurts!
In the last episode of season 3, Zeke (Michaela’s husband) witnesses Jared telling her that she is still the love of his life. He didn’t say it outright, but he sure did imply it!
“He was supposed to be gone,” he said, “that’s the only reason I stood there and watched him marry the love of my life.”
This scene had me on edge, but I know we can all agree on one thing: these two lovebirds still have a lot of love for one another and there has to be hope for #Jachaela in season 4.
