AFTERBUZZ TV — 16 and Pregnant edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of MTV’s Teen Mom. In this show, hosts Sterling Cates and Tiffany Williams discuss the season 5 reunion recap. MTV’s 16 and Pregnant is an hour-long series focusing on the controversial subject of teen pregnancy. Each episode will follow a 3-6 month period in the life of a teenager as she navigates the bumpy terrain of adolescence, growing pains, rebellion, and coming of age; all while dealing with being pregnant. Each story offers a unique look into the wide variety of challenges pregnant teens face: marriage, adoption, religion, gossip, finances, rumors among the community, graduating high school, getting (or losing) a job. The show focuses on the tremendous inner strength and courage each of these girls display as they sacrifice their teenage years in order to become responsible for another human life. They have the dedication and determination to do whatever it takes to make their lives work, and to provide for their babies. The show is a celebration of their perseverance.
