About AfterBuzz TV
The AfterBuzz TV Network is a new media platform, created by Extra host Maria Menounos and filmmaker Keven Undergaro, designated to producing live and recorded “after-show” webcast and podcast content for TV series of all kinds. A veritable “post-game” show for television shows, when TV fans finish watching episodes from select series, they can go to afterbuzztv.com to watch or listen to, an after-show where hosts, an eclectic and knowledgeable mix of celebrities, personalities and industry professionals, break down that night’s episode, take calls from fans and interview guests. The platform is open to all TV series from “American Horror Story” to “American Idol” to “Vampire Diaries” to “Mad Men” to the “Jersey Shore.”
For decades, sports fans have been treated to post-game wrap up shows after watching games. Thanks to AfterBuzz TV, at long last, TV fans can do the same - and they have. Thanks to their support, AfterBuzz TV is the largest new media platform on the web and fan's #1 source for after-show entertainment with a fan base that is literally worldwide!

Buzz - Creator/Mascot
Buzz was, and remains, a labrador retriever mix with but one dream - to provide after-show content for superfans of TV and movies. Growing up, Buzz would be depressed after episodes of his favorite shows would air. He yearned for more content with regards to the episode and wanted to interact and share his thoughts with other fans who felt likewise. When the "Lost" season finale aired and he had no such forum with which to do so, Buzz made up his mind. He was going to seek out TV's Maria Menounos and solicit her help to produce after-shows for his favorite TV shows. In his quest, Buzz was on the streets of Los Angeles for what veterinarians estimated to be a month or longer. Starving, dehydrated and on death's door, he stumbled upon Cate Hemingway - none other than Maria's assistant. Cate summoned Maria. The two picked up Buzz and rushed him to the vet. X-rays showed Buzz to have pneumonia along with a stomach full of dirt and rocks, the only food available to him in his tumultuous journey. Buzz got the medical treatment he needed and when he came to, he told Maria of his idea. Maria gave it the green light, naming the network, AfterBuzz, in honor of his heroic vision. Today, Buzz works closely with Phil Svitek. The two loved all the same shows and now share a room. Buzz has two other beds, however. One is in the screening room where he watches all his favorite shows in HD and surround sound. The other is in the studio where he watches each after-show. Besides, enjoying the shows and after-shows, Buzz loves the attention he gets from all the pretty AfterBuzz hostesses, too.

Maria Menounos - Co-creator/Executive Producer/Host
Maria Menounos is the co-host for Extra as well as a full time contributor to CW’s Life Changers with Dr. Drew. Besides holding the honor of having conducted the first interview with the entire Obama family - the interview considered by ABC News to be one of the top five reasons Obama was elected - Maria remains the youngest person to ever host Entertainment Tonight and amongst the youngest to report for Access Hollywood, the Today Show and Nightly News. As an author, her A-Z self help book, The Everygirl’s Guide to Life, was a New York Times Best Seller. Maria is, in addition, the longest running face of PANTENE, one of People Magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful”, has been in Maxim’s Top 100 annually, making the top five twice and bested Charlize Theron for “Cyber Vixen of the Year” at the Spike Video Game Awards for her work with Sir Sean Connery. Maria is the only person to star in a wide release movie and report for network news. (Only Oprah has come close, having starred in movies and having reported for the local news).
As an actress, Maria starred in Kickin It Old Skool, Tropic Thunder, Fantastic Four, and the upcoming comedy Serial Buddies. On the small screen she’s had roles on Without a Trace, Scrubs, Entourage, and a recurring role on One Tree Hill. But her talents and accomplishments hardly stop there. Maria has also produced films, radio, and TV since she was 18 years old and owns a production office that has two state of the art studios and two edit bays.
Most importantly, Maria is a bona fide, die hard, TV Superfan who loves everything from Celeb Rehab to Jersey Shore to Breaking Bad to South Park.

Keven Undergaro - Co-creator/Executive Producer/Host
In the late 90's, Keven "K-wow" Undergaro was head writer of MTV's game show "Singled Out." Before that he was a carnival worker. Today, he partners in a production company with Maria Menounos, who he's been working with for the past decade. He is also the author of "the EveryGirl Guide to Life", founder of the charity "Take Action Hollywood" and an indy filmmaker, directing films that have played nearly all the major US festivals. Keven is currently in post production of his latest feature, “Serial Buddies”, the first serial killer buddy movie of all time, starring the likes of Christopher Lloyd and Artie Lange. Keven's held company with the past three US Presidents and umpteen A-list stars yet would surrender it all for just one good night of drinking with the cast of 'the Jersey Shore.'

Phil Svitek - Producer/Host
Phil started his career at the age of 16 when he shot and edited Hospice Diaries, a documentary celebrating 30 years of the first Hospice in America which aired on ABC. After high school, he attended Emerson College where he studied film. There he went under the tutelage of film-maker Robert Patton-Spruill and Friend's executive producer Kevin Bright. Thanks to them he managed to co-produce a skiing documentary about Tuckerman's Ravine called Intrepid Descent, 500 how to videos on Urban Sustainable Living for Garden Girl TV, and a TV sitcom pilot. He then took the leap into feature filmmaking by becoming the editor for Keven Undergaro and Maria Menounos's film Serial Buddies, and eventually even becoming an associate producer on it. He stayed working for their company and oversees all AfterBuzz TV shows.

Sir Richard Wentwork - Voice of AfterBuzz TV/Host
The voice of ABTV, Sir Richard Wentworth is an actor, musician, cartoonist and graphic designer - a modern Buckaroo Banzai, minus the band and the bitchin' inter-dimensional ride. Sir Richard has worked with AfterBuzz TV honcho Keven Undergaro on many projects, from composing much of the score for Undergaro's first feature film "In the Land of Merry Misfits" to starring in Maria Menounos' production of Undergaro's short film "Longtime Listener" and most recently performing as "Kravello" in the forthcoming feature film "Serial Buddies". When he’s not producing promos or announcing for AfterBuzz TV, Sir Richard can be found in Lowell, MA with his partner Wendy, building LEGO structures with their 3 year old son, giving raspberries to their 8 month old daughter, writing and producing music for films, or hunched over his drawing table working on "Teenage Luvkraft: Beach Blanket Beyond" (a comic book collaboration with Jason Squamata to be published by HypnoKomix in 2011). Jesse Janedy - Associate Producer/Engineer/Host
From a young age, Jesse has been intrigued with the entertainment world. Directing, performing in live stage shows, producing music, and stand-up comedy, Jesse has been known to be a man of many hats. Growing up on Cape Cod, he grew tired of the suburban life and moved to the "Big Apple" to pursue his dreams of performing. Jesse quickly immersed himself into the world of comedy performing at venues all over Manhattan, such as the West Village circuit to Broadway's own “Caroline’s”. While attending “Pace University”, Jesse went through some real dark times where his faith in God, and love of music, helped get him through the daily grind and struggles, which string themselves along in life.
Falling in love with music all over again, Jesse purchased his first set of turntables. This created a vehicle to exude all of the stories running through his head by mixing, scratching and producing them into song. As he made his way back to Cape Cod, he shared his new found talent and was encouraged by family and friends to take his talent from the small Island, and share it with the world. Three years later, Jesse found himself growing restless, where fate would bring him back to his childhood Church in Somerville, MA, giving him the final push he needed to pack up his car and travel across the country to L.A. to fully live out his dreams. Now, Jesse has found a new home, away from home, here at “AfterBuzz TV”, as the official “DJ” and Associate Producer for the network; thanks to the help of Maria Menounos, Keven Undergaro and a very supporting family.

John Barrett - Host
John Barrett was born on Long Island, which is actually kind of a funny place. But not always in a “ha-ha” kind of way. Anyway, ludicrous accents, and proximity to the Plum Island Animal Disease Center notwithstanding, John’s childhood was pretty normal. Or perhaps normal is not the right word. Because what is really a normal childhood? Anyway, we’re getting away from the point here. John learned how to string words together into sentences, and sentences into various larger collections of sentences. He also likes watching television, like, a lot.

Philanthropy holds a special place with Maria as she continually donates her time and money towards newfound, worthy causes. Shortly after she was released unexpectedly by the WWE, citing Maria's deep desire to pursue outside interests, such as TV, movies, and writing and producing her own music. Maria describes her rock music as a combination of glamour, twisted lyrics and sex appeal. The first EP is titled "Sevin Sins." Carita Rizzo - Host
When it comes to journalism Carita Rizzo doesn’t discriminate. As a contributor to Glamour, Marie Claire, The Hollywood Reporter, TV Guide and Variety, she covers topics from television to sex – sometimes within the same article. With a BA and Masters in journalism from schools in Scotland, Finland and, yes, Tennessee, she’s surprised that in more than five years of higher education not one person mentioned that you can watch TV for a living, which she now does with unwavering dedication. Just like with her assignment topics, she doesn’t discriminate against any TV show. But she will share her opinion about it, which she has on The Insider, the TV Guide Network, the CBS Early Morning Show and frankly, to anyone who will listen.

Kimlai Yingling - Host
Kimlai is the creator of EatinAsian.com and RoKi Productions. EatinAsian has fierce recipes, restaurant reviews, quirky "how to" videos & insight into a culture that is often misunderstood.
Before EatinAsian Kimlai wrote, produced and hosted weekly video webcasts based on entrepreneurial topics for Entrepreneur Magazine and PerfectBusiness.com targeting the x and y generations. She also co-wrote and hosted two video training courses; How to write an effective business plan and How to use PR to promote your business.
Her passion is cooking. "My mom and I have been cooking in the kitchen together for years. I’ve always had an interest in the cuisine and culture of Vietnam but it became a full-fledged obsession when my mom felt it was a good idea for me to learn how to create her food in the event that, if she were not around, I would know how to make her healthy & yummy cuisine. Otherwise I would never eat Vietnamese food again, except for rice paper (rice paper is to Asians what a tortilla is to Latinos) unless I went to a restaurant. Cooking your own food is all about being self sufficient and everyone knows no ones cooking is better than mom’s home cooking, no matter what nationality you are. I’m finding that the more knowledgeable I become with ingredients and cooking styles the higher my expectations are when I go out to eat at other restaurants and when I’m cooking for family and friends. My palate has definitely become more sophisticated". My passion is what created EatinAsian.com. My love for writing, producing and hosting is what created RoKi Productions.
Kimlai has a bachelor degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from WSU. She is registered with the California Special Olympics organization and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. She's also a writer for Mommyhood to Hollywood and DirtyandThirty.
